An adventure-sports enthusiast and a practical individual, Mr. Ram Phuge comes from a technical background and holds a Masters in Civil Engineering and Masters in Finance degree. He is in-charge of the project operations at Mangalam Landmarks, and is the man responsible for introducing the latest technological advancements in all activities of the company. He’s involved in all levels of our work, right from looking into every minute detail of purchase, to the operations, and up-gradation of systems and processes.

He is the perfect example of a leader who leads from the front, and is the face managing the huge task of designing and delivering projects as Director, Mangalam Landmarks. He is focussed on creating complete ecosystems of infrastructure, people, and processes that take great ideas from inception to successful execution.

Apart from being a good leader and a true gentleman, he strongly believes in giving back to the society. He is a founder, chairperson and active member of Jagruti Social Foundation, an organization helping visually challenged peoples to see this beautiful world again. He is also the secretary of Dnyanda Mission of Education where he frequently initiates new activities to nurture and train students in best possible way, and empowers them to be responsible citizens of tomorrow.

A strong leader and a determined individual, he is a man with vision for the future. Extremely passionate and hardworking, he has tremendous foresight, and this has been illustrated through his successful journey till now. He is genuinely committed to add value to the lives of his customers, vendors & employees.
